We are implementing the "Energy on the Go" educational program for another school year, with the participation of students and young people from all over Greece
Our innovative Energy on the Go educational program, which has been implemented under the auspices of the Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports since 2014, is starting for another school year. To date, thousands of students from all over Greece have had the opportunity to get to know the world of energy, sustainability and the circular economy through actions that combine knowledge, dialogue and experience.
Educational activities throughout Greece
Over the past ten years, more than 75 schools and educational institutions have participated in the program, with over 4,700 children and young people taking part in visits, presentations and experiential activities.
Students from Athens, Agrinio, Kozani, Lamia, Grevena and Alexandroupolis, among others, learned more about green energy, through visits of our team of volunteers to classrooms, as well as guided tours of children in our parks throughout Greece. At the same time, we welcomed Vocational High School students to our Corporate Hub, conversing with young people about employment opportunities in the energy sector. The response of the educational community gives us impetus to continue, planning new educational actions every year.
Initiatives for the 2025-2026 school year
In the new year, we are expanding our program by implementing an even richer and more interactive educational cycle, with visits to schools throughout Greece as well as tours of our wind and photovoltaic parks.
