Principia in the FT1000: Europe’s Fastest-Growing Companies 2026

We have received a significant European distinction, as Principia is included in the list compiled by the Financial Times, in collaboration with Statista, titled: “FT1000: Europe’s Fastest-Growing Companies 2026”. This is one of the most reliable benchmarks of business dynamics at a pan-European level.

Principia's continuous development

For Principia Group, this distinction is reflected in specific numbers: 69% overall growth in the three-year period 2021–2024 and a 19.1% Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR). In a period of intense upheavals in the European economy and the energy sector, this performance confirms a stable and organic growth path.

Of particular importance is the fact that we are among only four Greek companies included in this year's list, while we are also the only company in the Renewable Energy sector to be distinguished. This is a recognition that goes beyond the narrow limits of a financial performance and serves as confirmation of its strategic direction, investment consistency and operational maturity company.

International presence in the era of energy transition

In recent years, we have been on a path of substantial growth and technological advancement. Through acquisitions and strategic investments in RES projects, energy storage infrastructure and sustainability initiatives, our portfolio has expanded significantly. Our installed capacity reached 727 MW, an impressive 30% increase compared to the previous year.

The presence in the FT1000 list reflects our momentum in a period in which the energy transition requires speed, reliability and scale. At the same time, it strengthens the company’s international footprint and places it among the organizations that actively contribute to shaping the new European energy reality. This distinction is a reference point for our next phase of development – with an emphasis on sustainable scaling, value creation and the continuous strengthening of its role in the Greek and European energy market.
