Our new offices in Athens reflect our vision for a modern, collaborative and people-friendly working environment, in line with international trends.
One year after the presentation of our new corporate identity, another landmark has marked our course: the move to our new headquarters in Maroussi. Our new offices were designed with the aim of creating an open and flexible environment that enhances daily collaboration between teams and cultivates creativity.
Architectural approach and sustainable development
Our new headquarters are located in Maroussi, at 18-20 Sorou Street, in a building which is fully renovated, energy-upgraded and certified according to the BREEAM Sustainable Building international standard. From the very beginning, our goal was to create a working environment that reflects our values: innovation, cooperation and respect for people and the environment.
The design was based on the most up-to-date global standards for health and well-being in the workplace, with a particular focus on natural light, air quality and biophilic architecture. The balance between high functionality and aesthetics was a basic principle at every stage of implementation. The décor focuses on soft, natural shades and organic materials, while smart lighting and air conditioning systems and ergonomic design are key elements of the project's philosophy.
Spaces that enhance inspiration and connection
In the spaces, every detail is designed with a focus on people. We have created a welcoming lounge area with a reading corner, offering a place to feel relaxed and renewed during the day. At the same time, the collaborative spaces promote the dynamic exchange of ideas and enhance team spirit, while the specially designed "quiet zones" allow for concentration and seamless work whenever required. The heart of our joint activities beats in the auditorium, a space with state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment, ideal for presentations, workshops and corporate events.
To maintain our connection with nature, we have incorporated green corners into the interiors, while the outdoor recreation area in our office garden offers moments of relaxation and informal meetings. Finally, in the play area, our employees can take a pleasant break through a game of ping-pong, hoop basketball or darts. Every element of our new environment is designed to enhance creativity, support well-being and provide a balanced and meaningful work experience.
A new beginning
On our first day in our new offices, we all gathered together to turn a new page. After a warm welcome, we toured our new premises, exchanged thoughts on the opportunities that open up in our daily work and shared our enthusiasm for our next step. We also captured our first moments with friends and colleagues in our new home, taking group and individual souvenir photos.
The architecture of our new space incorporates sustainable development practices, with the aim of reducing the environmental footprint. At a time when the emphasis on employee experience is shaping the future of work, we are taking a dynamic step forward by offering an environment that encourages creativity, flexibility and personal development.
