We welcomed our employees to our new "home", which was created with the aim of strengthening teamwork, collaboration and ergonomics.
Opening the next chapter in our company's history, we have completed our relocation to a new building. The design of our new home was determined by the elements that characterize the modern working environment: open communication, good cooperation and team spirit are the key to achieving our goals, while providing a modern everyday life to our employees.
A new chapter
Following our corporate rebranding in April 2024, another important event followed: the move to our new headquarters. On our first day in our new offices, we were at the venue so that all together we could turn a new page. After gathering for the first welcome, we toured the facilities and discussed the possibilities they open up for our daily work. We also captured our first moments with friends and colleagues, in our new home, taking group and individual commemorative photos.
The company's new offices are located in Maroussi, at 18-20 Sorou Street, in a fully renovated, energy-upgraded building that has obtained the BREEAM environmental certification. The working environment has been designed following the latest global standards, which focus on mental health and well-being, in the design, construction and operation of buildings. At the same time, the design includes spaces and elements that support creativity and relaxation: lounge area with reading corner, entertainment area with games, collaborative spaces, "quiet zones", a spacious auditorium with state-of-the-art technological equipment, green corners indoors and an outdoor recreation area in the office garden.
Corporate culture with emphasis on collaboration
For us, it is a key priority to strengthen an open working environment where teamwork and trust come first. Employee groups participated in the creation of our new corporate identity, while after our rebranding, we organized a team building event, where we came into contact with the company's new Vision, Mission and Values.
Our commitment to our employees for inclusivity and inclusion is expressed through our various employee engagement initiatives, which have received numerous distinctions. We continue with even more actions, investing in the dynamic participation of our employees in strengthening our corporate culture, and creating a people-centered work environment.
