CEO Aristotelis Chantavas to Step Down

Principia - jointly owned by Enel SpA and funds managed by Macquarie Asset Management - announces that Aristotelis Chantavas will step down from his role as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective March 27, 2026. The new CEO will be announced soon.

Aristotelis Chantavas joined the company in 2018 as Head of Europe Area at Enel Green Power and played a key role in the company’s transformation into Principia following its acquisition by funds managed by Macquarie Asset Management.

Principia warmly thanks Aristotelis Chantavas for his contribution to the company’s growth and transformation and wishes him every success in his future professional endeavors.
