At Principia, we believe that real progress happens when everyone has the space to be heard, to participate and to grow.
With inclusion in mind as our starting point, we created “Everyone Is Here”, an internal initiative that brings the values of equality, diversity and inclusion to the forefront. The team consists of employees from all departments — regardless of gender, age, role or seniority level. It is an open space for dialogue, ideas and collaboration, where every voice matters.
Our purpose
The mission of “Everyone Is Here” is to design and implement actions that strengthen a culture of acceptance and respect, while inspiring colleagues to become ambassadors of diversity and inclusion. Through collective processes and practical initiatives, the team seeks to:
- highlight the importance of diversity in the modern workplace,
- reinforce inclusion in everyday corporate life,
- raise awareness around equality and social cohesion.
Our goal is not simply to adopt good practices, but to create an environment where every person feels they belong.
Actions with wider social impact
Inclusion does not stop at the company’s doors. The team plans and participates in initiatives that create a positive impact in society, contributing to a fairer and more equitable everyday life for all. From awareness activities and participation in international observances to collaborations with organizations and local communities, “Everyone Is Here” acts as a catalyst for change.
Our commitment to diversity
True to our commitment to fostering a workplace characterized by diversity and a genuinely inclusive culture, in June 2022 we became the first Renewable Energy company in Greece to sign the EU Diversity Charter.
Since then, we have implemented actions and initiatives that strengthen these values and leave a meaningful footprint. The same goal is reflected in our volunteer initiatives and our educational programs and outreach across Greece, through which we promote access to knowledge and the right to equality and dignified living. Because for us, diversity is not just a policy - it is the way we build our future.
