We held an all-day event for all our employees to discuss our goals for the future
With the message "Empowering Ideas, Driving Change", we organized an all-day event, where we shared valuable knowledge, views and plans for a tomorrow full of growth and innovation, with the presence of our employees from all over Greece.
The event aimed to present strategies and perspectives for the new year, to strengthen team spirit, but also to raise public awareness on the very important issue of organ donation.
Inspiration and innovation
The agenda included speeches by the CEO, Aristotelis Chantavas, as well as our executives, on the breakthroughs we have already made in the last year, having begun a new era for our company. We also shared analyses of successful practices through case studies, as well as presentations of strategies to achieve our business goals. The exchange of knowledge and experience has contributed to the development of a dynamic and innovative framework, where ideas can create the basis for further development and lead to positive change.
During the presentations, we highlighted, among other things, innovative initiatives we are implementing for the operation and maintenance of our parks, the journey of the construction of the new solar park cluster "Perasma", which is now in operation, our development plan for the coming years, as well as our practices for safety and sustainability. We also connected remotely with our Kouloukonas Wind Farm, to get a live look at how one of our plants operates.
A special moment of the Principia Summit was the awarding of employees who were recognized for their contribution in their daily work, but also towards their colleagues. We also announced the grand winner of our internal photo contest on the theme "Energy and Nature", as voted by all of us.
Awareness raising and information
Having implemented awareness-raising actions on organ donation and transplantation in recent months, we dedicated a section of the event to this vital topic. Through an honest and moving discussion with Santy Lenti, who is a heart transplant recipient, but also with an insightful presentation by the Hellenic Transplant Organization, we learned more about the importance of donation and its impact on the lives of thousands of people. With this initiative, we have strengthened our commitment to social responsibility and support for issues affecting human life.
The event was enriched with the presence of the internationally renowned speaker David Meade, who created an interactive experience, full of positive energy, which was warmly welcomed by the audience. Together with David, and through experiential and fun approaches, we explored topics such as teamwork, strategy, initiative and the development of creative thinking.
